The Distiller’s Journal chronicles my adventures and misadventures with home distilling. It is intended to be a resource for me so that I can easily dig up information on my batches so that, hopefully, over the course of time, I will be able to look back and come to a greater understanding of what works and what doesn’t work.
As for you, I hope this information can help you come to a greater understanding of the process, the product and the art of distillation. I hope that the journal can provide you with the same insights that it will provide me. The journal, as it matures, should offer its readers a wealth of information to get the amateur home distiller off on the right foot.
